MISSION
STATEMENT
The purpose of the association shall be to promote the game of basketball in our local area and throughout the State of Texas. The RGVBCA will help high schools in the Rio Grande Valley, to foster a closer professional relationship among the coaches of Rio Grande Valley, and work in an advisory capacity with the Rio Grande Valley TASO Association.
